What we collect and why
We ask for the least that lets us answer you properly, and we do not sell it to anyone.
What the form collects
Name, company, country, business segment, expected volume, email, and your message. Nothing else is required, and there are no hidden fields.
Why we hold it
To prepare a quotation and answer your enquiry. That is our legitimate interest as a supplier responding to a business request.
How long we keep it
Three years from your last contact with us, then deletion. If a deal is signed, the accounting records are kept for the term Chinese law requires.
Who else sees it
Cloudflare hosts the site and stores enquiries; Postmark sends our email. Both act on our instructions only. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not use them for advertising.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Traffic is counted in aggregate, without profiles and without cross-site identifiers.
Your rights
Write to [email protected] to see, correct, export, or delete what we hold. We answer within thirty days. If you are in the EU or the UK, the GDPR rights apply to you in full.
Terms
What a quotation means
Prices, availability, and lead times quoted by email are an invitation to deal, not a binding offer, until both sides confirm an order in writing. Payment details are sent on the invoice for the specific order — never through this site, and never by anyone else on our behalf. If an email asks you to pay to an account you did not receive from us in an invoice, it is not from us.
